"Satu Data Indonesia is a government data management policy to produce accurate, current, integrated and accountable data, as well as easily accessible and shared between central and regional agencies," said the Head of BPS North Sulawesi, Dr. Ateng. He said it must be recognized that there are challenges in realizing the National Statistical System (SSN) in the future which is getting bigger and harder.
There are many types of new data that must be collected by BPS as an official institution mandated by law.
"SNPSI (National Strategy for Indonesian Statistical Development) does not only belong to BPS, but also collectively. This is for the sake of realizing one Indonesian data in the future, "said Ateng.
One of the dreams of Indonesian data in the future is in line with the role of SNPSI which is considered capable of building a framework or framework to build a long road for SSN in Indonesia.
Representatives from ministries / agencies, provincial-level statistical and information communication services, and local governments were brought together with Paris21, a statistical system design partner with experience in several countries.
It is hoped that it can produce a roadmap as well as a legal umbrella as an effort to strengthen the role of statistics in development.
