Regional Consolidated Simultaneously of GRDP by Expenditure of Sulawesi Utara Province

Friday, March 5^th. Economic development planning need quality statistical data, accurate and believed to the determination of strategy and policy , so that development goals would be achieved by right. GRDP is one of the indicators that frequently used to determine the development policy and see development success a territory.

                GRDP is gross or service fee added value production factor which are produced in domestic areas that arise due to certain in a period of economic activity. The preparation of the GRDP performed with 3 ( three ) approaches are the production approach, expenditure approach, and revenue approach. GRDP is presented in constant prices and applies price. GRDP base on the applies prices or known as Nominal GRDP use for calculations in effect on the period , and aims to view structure of economy. While on GRDP based on the constant prices will be prepared based on the price in the base year and aims to economic growth.

                Regional Consolidated Simultaneously of GRDP according to expenditure is one of a series of activities in the preparation of the GRDP. Regional Consolidated Simultaneously to control the quality of the preparation of the GRDP both at the province and regency/municipality that is aligned to the GRDP movement. Regional Consolidated Simultaneously of regency/municipality in Sulawesi Utara at 2021 done online through zoom meeting application. This event will be obtained the number of 2020 as a very preliminary number, the number of 2019 as a preliminary number and the number of 2018 as a fixed number. Online Regional Consolidated Simultaneously been implemented for 2 days at March 4^th-5^th 2021 and followed by 20 participants that consisted of 15 the coordinators function/staff from regency/municipality , 5 participants, 1 consolidator and 2 committees from BPS-Statistics of Sulawesi Utara Province.

                The Head of BPS-Statistics of Sulawesi Utara Province, Asim Saputra, SST.  MEc Dev in his remarks as well as the closure of the event stressed to the participants to maximize the internal and external data in which the GRDP figures. In addition expected regency/municipality has routinely noted economic phenomenon in their regions from news stories for newspapers, website, tv, radio, even a running text. This is because the GRDP was used as evaluation work for local governments in general and institution in sectorally. So that is hoped the number of GRDP resulting services will photographing the economic activities of precisely and for consideration for the development in the area.
