2024 CPNS Recruitment Psychological Test

BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province BPS held a 2024 CPNS Recruitment Psychological Test. This activity was opened by the Functional Officer of the Young Expert Human Resources Analyst, Sarjani Harini Martiningsih, who in her speech expressed the importance of an objective and transparent selection process in order to obtain qualified prospective employees. This psychological test was also closely monitored by the regional committee from the HR and Legal Team of the BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province, to ensure the smooth running and integrity of the activity.

This psychological test was attended by seven participants who had met the administrative requirements and had the opportunity to take part in the next selection stage. This activity went well and orderly, with the participants taking all stages of the exam according to the established rules. In addition, officers and committees also continued to provide the support and explanations needed to the participants, to ensure they understood each step that had to be taken.

This psychological test process aims to measure the abilities and personalities of prospective participants who will join the BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province. At the end of the activity, it is expected that individuals with the best competencies will be selected to support organizational performance and provide positive contributions to development in the Sulawesi Utara region, as well as produce competent and highly dedicated workers, in accordance with the vision and mission of BPS in providing the best service to the community.
