Macroeconomic Indicator Discussion: Synergy between BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province and Bank Indonesia

BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province held a discussion with Bank Indonesia Representative Office of North Sulawesi to discuss an overview of socio-economic conditions. This activity was opened by Aidil Adha as Head of BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province, and presented Anton Tri Wijayanto, Senior Statistician of BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province, as the main speaker.

This discussion explored various strategic issues, including:

🔹 Issues related to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) after the implementation of the 2022 Cost of Living Survey

🔹 Data and survey methods related to fisheries production and rice production

🔹 Ad-hoc survey planned by BPS in 2025

🔹 Potential synergy between Bank Indonesia and BPS in 2025

🔹 Data related to Business Fields in North Sulawesi's GRDP

Through this activity, it is hoped that the collaboration between BPS and Bank Indonesia will be closer in producing quality data that supports strategic policy making for regional development.
