Abstract

The value of Sulawesi Utara non-oil and gas exports in August 2022* was recorded at US$ 88.16 million while imports were worth US$ 12.56 million

The largest non-oil and gas export commodity in August 2022* was still dominated by animal/vegetable fats and oils (HS 15), valued at US$ 42.98 million or 48.75 percent of total exports. Meanwhile, the largest imported commodity is mineral fuel (HS 27), worth US$ 10.82 million or 86.14 percent of total imports.
Sulawesi Utara largest export destination country in August 2022* was China at US$ 22.20 million or 25.19 percent of total exports. Meanwhile, Malaysia became the largest import country of origin in August 2022* which reached US$ 11.06 million or 88.07 percent of total imports.
