Tourism Development in February 2025 in North Sulawesi Province

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in North Sulawesi in February 2025 was recorded at 36.68 percent, a decrease of 0.86 percentage points compared to January 2025 which was recorded at 37.54 percent. When compared with February 2024 (y-on-y) which reached 39.31 percent, the room occupancy rate in February 2025 was recorded to have decreased by 2.63 percentage points. Meanwhile, the ROR for non-star hotels was recorded at 22.33 percent, down 2.22 percentage points compared to January 2025 which was recorded at 24.55 percent. The average length of stay for foreign and domestic star hotel guests in North Sulawesi in February 2025 was recorded at 1.68 days, an increase of 0.10 points compared to the achievement in January 2025 (m-to-m) which was recorded at 1.58 days. When compared with the achievement in February 2024 (y-on-y) which was recorded at 1.66 days, the average length of stay in February 2025 increased by 0.02 points. Meanwhile, for non-star hotels, the average length of stay in February 2025 was recorded at 1.49 days, down 0.04 points compared to the average length of stay in February 2024 which was recorded at 1.53 days.
