Abstract

The government program will actually lead to ways to prosper the people. Because society is a subject as well as an object of development. Community welfare is the condition of fulfilling the material, spiritual and social needs of the people in order to live properly and be able to develop themselves, so that they can carry out their social functions. To see how far the development program achieved in the people's welfare discourse, the North Sulawesi Provincial BPS as the data provider, published a publication entitled North Sulawesi Province People's Welfare Indicators 2012.
This publication is an annual publication of the North Sulawesi Province BPS that presents data on the level of development of people's welfare in North Sulawesi Province over time, and looks at comparisons between districts / cities. Data for analysis of people's welfare indicators are sourced from the 2012 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas). Employment data is not shown in this year's publication because it has been displayed in labor-specific publications published by the BPS of North Sulawesi Province.
