Abstract

Government programs essentially aim to improve the welfare of society because society is both the subject and the object of development. Community welfare is a condition of fulfilling the material, spiritual and social needs of citizens so that they can live properly and be able to develop themselves, so that they can carry out their social functions. The theme raised in this year's publication is "The Great Generation of Millennials". The aim is to see how far the development program has reached in the discourse on people's welfare, especially the millennial generation.
