Development of Poverty Rate of Sulawesi Utara Province 2023

Poverty is one of the fundamental problems that is of serious concern to the government. One important aspect in supporting the Poverty Reduction Strategy is the provision of accurate poverty data. This year, BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province presented data related to poverty through the publication "Development of Poverty Levels in Sulawesi Utara Province 2023". This publication is a publication about poverty published by the North Sulawesi Provincial Central Statistics Agency which is processed from the results of the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) for the period 2018 - 2023. This publication presents the definition concept and methodology for obtaining various figures about poverty. The data and analysis presented in this publication are the conditions of March and September in the 2018 – 2023 time period.
