Satisfaction Assessment from the visitor of BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara

To see the level of satisfaction with the services at the BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province, a mini survey was conducted called the 3 color survey. This is a simple survey that aims to see the level of satisfaction of visitors to the BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province office for the services they receive. The 3 Color Survey is designed to be as informative and interesting as possible, where respondents only need to choose one of 3 emoticons to represent the assessment categories of bad, sufficient, and good. This survey was conducted since March 2024.

During the 1st Quarter of 2024, there were 3 respondents who participated in this survey. The results all stated that the services at the BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Province were GOOD. BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province continues to be committed to improving public services to all consumers who come.
