To see the level of satisfaction with the services at the BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province, a mini survey was conducted called the 3 color survey. This is a simple survey that aims to see the level of satisfaction of visitors to the BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province for the services they receive. The 3 Color Survey is designed to be as easy and attractive as possible, where respondents only need to choose one of 3 emoticons to represent the assessment categories of bad, sufficient, and good.
During the 4th Quarter of 2024, there were 31 respondents who participated in this survey. The results were that all of them stated that the services at the BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province were GOOD. BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province continues to be committed to improving public services to all consumers who come.
