The Economics Growth of Sulawesi Utara Quarter I 2022

Abstract

The economy of Sulawesi Utara in the first quarter of 2022 grew by 3.86 percent (y-on-y). In terms of production, the highest growth was achieved by the Transportation and Warehousing business field, which grew 8.99 percent. Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, the highest growth was achieved by the LNPRT Consumption Expenditure component which grew by 6.31 percent.

The economy of Sulawesi Utara based on the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) based on current prices in the first quarter of 2022 reached IDR 36.01 trillion and based on constant prices in 2010 it reached IDR 22.62 trillion.
