Monday, December 2nd, 2024, BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province held an activity to release the Official Statistics News (BRS). The indicators released were the Development of the Consumer Price Index of Sulawesi Utara Province in November 2024, the Development of the Farmer's Exchange Rate of Sulawesi Utara Province in November 2024, the Development of Tourism in Sulawesi Utara Province in October 2024, and the Development of Sea and Air Transportation in Sulawesi Utara Province in October 2024.

The Press Release was carried out online via live streaming on YouTube and virtual zoom, delivered by Aidil Adha as the Head BPS-Statistics Sulawesi Utara Province.

In his presentation, he explained that in November 2024, the Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation in Sulawesi Utara Province was 2.12 percent. The Farmer's Exchange Rate of Sulawesi Utara Province in November 2024 was 116.51 or an increase of 2.86 percent. The number of foreign tourists entering Sulawesi Utara in October 2024 was 4,674 people. Furthermore, the number of Sea Transportation Passengers arriving and departing increased. Meanwhile, domestic Air Passengers arriving and departing experienced a decline and international Air Passengers arriving and departing also experienced a decline.
